• INTUIT CANADA'S ACQUISITION OF MYOB
  In early November, we were informed that Intuit Canada had just purchased MYOB's Canadian division. Our main concern was the people working with the software on MAC since MYOB was about the only accounting solution for this plate-form. We were also concerned with all of our customers using the payroll, knowing too well that in a few months the updated tax tables might not be available.
  
  We have a solution !
  As Certified Myob Consultants, we are pleased to inform you that we will offer our consulting services so that you can continue to work with MYOB, while updating your tax tables to make sure that your payroll will continue to operate properly. We have figured a way to update version 8, 9, 10 and 11 on either PC ou MAC (Mac's Accountedge version). This service allows you to keep the version you are presently using, and are familiar with, as long as you like, without having to worry about the payroll updates.
  
  Talking about versions, the latest version 11 on PC and version Accountedge 2 on MAC still have some bugs. As of now, we have no information that they will be corrected. Our recommandation at this point is to keep your current version that works and is stable.
  
  Reserve your consulting time as soon as possible.
  Here is how we intend to proceed. We offer two different alternatives : an update using the Internet or a visit to your offices. Fees of 150$ will be applicable for a consultation over the Internet and 200$ for a visit on site (Montreal metropolitain region). Also, the July update will be available as well if needed for 75$ by Internet or 100$ for a visit.

• QUICKBOOKS PAYROLL UPGRADES

The corrections for pay upgrades are now available on the Quickbooks Website at www.intuit.com/canada/quickbooks/payroll.html. Follow the instructions on the screen or, if you prefer, one of our consultants will install this correction on your system during his/her next visit.
